• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, policy, and compliance
• Experience leading culture and people-strategy initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational leadership skills
• Based in or willing to work on-site in Lahore
